Two working days · Days two and three

Two full working days: one on AI and where your business goes with it, one on the law and tax changes that decide what it's worth. The rest of the week is the room: dinners, the water, and the conversations that don't happen at home.

Day Two · Build

AI: Understand It, Leverage It, Build With It

Morning: understand it. What AI actually is now, what it can already do for a business like yours, and where it goes over the next three years, so you see what being left behind looks like before it happens. Midday: leverage it. Business development with AI in the loop: finding the next client, following up every lead, producing the proposals and the content, and running the service without adding headcount. Afternoon: build with it. Take one process, one offer or one idea and turn it into an asset your business owns, a tool, a product or a piece of IP, started in the room.

Day Three · Protect

Law & Tax: What's Changing, and What It's Worth

A lawyer and a tax adviser in the room all day. The morning is what's changing: AML Tranche 2 for captured industries, the restraint and employment changes on the table, and what changed in tax this year and next, with what each one means for how you pay yourself, hold your assets and one day exit. The afternoon is the high-value paperwork: contracts, structures, and protecting the assets and products you're now building, including who owns what your AI produced. Bring your own agreements. Live Q&A until the questions run out.

The Signature

The Final Night Is Not a Function Room.

Day four ends on the water. A private charter out of Mactan — twenty owners, one long table, a DJ and the Visayan sunset. Commitments are toasted, awards are handed out, and next year's city is announced from the deck. This is the night the room becomes an alumni.

Getting There

Flights aren’t included, so fly how you like and use your points. Aim to land by Wednesday afternoon: the welcome dinner is that evening. Tap a route for the details.

Non-stop from Brisbane · JetstarAbout 7 hours · Seasonal
  • Jetstar flies Brisbane to Cebu non-stop through its October-to-May season: out around 12:30pm, into Cebu around 5:30pm. The flight home leaves around 8pm and lands in Brisbane about 5am.
  • It doesn’t fly every day, and there may be no Sunday flight home. If there isn’t, stay the Sunday night and fly Monday evening, or come home one-stop through Hong Kong, Manila or Singapore.
  • Economy only. Qantas Points come with Starter Plus and Starter Max fares. From 2 February 2027 the included carry-on is one under-seat bag.
  • From Sydney, Jetstar connects through Brisbane: about 11 hours.
Via Singapore · Singapore Airlines or Virgin AustraliaAbout 14½ hours · Velocity or KrisFlyer
  • Singapore Airlines flies to Singapore from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne several times a day. Virgin Australia sells the same flights under its own flight numbers, so they earn Velocity points.
  • Singapore to Cebu takes about four hours: Singapore Airlines daily around 11am, landing about 3pm, or Scoot daily around 8:20am, landing about noon.
  • From Brisbane, the 11:25pm flight connects to the next morning’s Cebu flight: about 14½ hours all up.
  • Scoot doesn’t earn Velocity points; the Singapore Airlines flight does. Book both legs on one ticket so your bags go straight through.
Via Manila · Philippine Airlines, Qantas or Cebu PacificAbout 12–13 hours · Flights to Cebu all day
  • Philippine Airlines flies to Manila daily from Brisbane (about 11am, landing 5pm) and Sydney, and five days a week from Melbourne. Manila to Cebu is about 1¼ hours, with flights through the day.
  • Qantas flies Brisbane and Sydney to Manila daily, earning Qantas Points. The Brisbane flight lands after 8pm, so plan a night in Manila.
  • Cebu Pacific flies daily from Sydney and Melbourne, and its Cebu flights leave from the same Manila terminal.
  • In Manila you collect your bags and clear customs first. Philippine Airlines connections change from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, so allow about three hours.
Via Hong Kong · Cathay PacificAbout 12¾ hours from Brisbane · Fastest one-stop
  • Cathay’s 12:40am flight from Brisbane lands in Hong Kong at 7:15am and connects to the 8:35am flight to Cebu, landing at 11:20am.
  • Cathay flies Hong Kong to Cebu twice a day, and to Hong Kong from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne: about 14 hours all up from Melbourne, about 16 from Sydney.
  • Earns Qantas Points and Status Credits, or Asia Miles.

Land

The Landing

About 20 to 35 minutes from Mactan-Cebu airport, depending on the resort and traffic. Transfers meet every flight, and everything is handled from arrivals.

Prepare

The Paperwork

Australian passports get 30 days visa-free, with a return ticket. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your stay. Register free on eTravel (etravel.gov.ph) in the 72 hours before you land. We also ask every guest to hold travel insurance.
